NuFlow Pipe lining rejuvenates and restores old, damaged, or corroded pipes to “like-new” condition without the hassle of removal or replacement. We’re proud to use NuFlow’s patented cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) restoration process, which repairs pipes from the inside. This involves installing a thin resin liner along the pipe’s interior, sealing and protecting it from further deterioration, and significantly extending the life of the entire piping system.
As buildings age, the likelihood of pipe deterioration increases. Common issues include corrosion, recurring sewer backups, root intrusion, and cracks, all of which can compromise the integrity of the plumbing system.
How Does Pipe Lining Work?
Step 1: Inspection and Diagnosis
As a NuFlow Certified Contractor, we begin by inspecting your pipes with a drain camera to identify issues such as corrosion, root intrusion, or cracks. Based on the findings, we recommend an appropriate plan for cleaning and lining, if needed.
Step 2: Cleaning
Specialized tools are used to remove debris, roots, and corrosion from the pipes, restoring them to their original diameter and preparing the surface for the lining process.
Step 3: Pipe Lining
A resin-saturated liner with an internal bladder is inserted into the pipe using existing access points. Once positioned, the bladder is inflated, pressing the resin-coated liner firmly against the pipe wall.
Step 4: Curing and Evaluation
The resin cures in place, forming a durable, seamless “pipe within a pipe.” After curing, the bladder is removed, and a final inspection is conducted to ensure the highest quality and reliability.
Traditional pipe replacement has many disadvantages to pipe lining. A messy construction site, long production times and major disruption to residents or tenants
